yet this is the story of my schedule when i have to buat sume keje 'bibik' ...so now ive strt my engine and do multitasking job! balik keje kene gi class then kene buat keje rumah bagai kan....huhuuhhu

but i really impressed bila DH menunjukkan ciri² 'suami mithali' + tiada sdikit keluhan pun kedengaran... ;p

i love u so muchhh! muahhhhsss

I believe that ups and downs are naturally all part of the journey kan... If not you probably aren't taking enough risks....kan??

updates on lil elda

memula smpai KJMC..she's my bb! mmg ini budak x duk diam okeh..nama jerk kene jahit tp laju nyer masyaallah...i yg kdg2 ngeri tgk bila dier beraksi..
nih bila Dr kata ok bb baring dulu..then muke dah strt cuakkkk! hehehe nmpak kan luka tuh,..me as usual le kan jd mamarazzi

then Dr try cut 1 by 1 jahitan...siap le nyanyi² spy xnak lil elda nangis..


and guess what??...until the end of procedure tuh lil elda x kuar 1 soraaa pun! bravo...she's a very brave lil girl! hehhee tp kalo tgk muke mmg cuak gler laaa....

So alhamdulillah luka dah baik...but still lah Dr kata jgn bg jatuh/ kene tmpat sama..just carefull lah..;p

Hopefully lama² nnti scars nih hilang le yea...;p


On the other note : We ols sefamily akan ke JB until next wed! wish us a very safe journey yea...hehehe kalo smpat bleh jump to S'P*re...hehehhe ;p

Lagi² cita psl rumah!

ok confirm mmg loan x bleh disburse lg sbbnyer Lawyer yg sgt lembaps...jdnya i have to wait until full payment made then baru bleh move in...so atas jasa baik tuan developer yg jgk punca kelembapans...kitorng dah bole buat inspection on the defect dulu...sbbnya ramai dah neigbour lain yg i survey tanya (ramah mesra kan?..hehe) diorg kata umah tuh byk defect..so bila developer fixed plak mcm² hal plak jd..like tangki bocor laa...tile pecah laa....etc..

so yesterday diorg dah fax to me inspection letter..sbb sapa nak pergi amek surat bgai buang masa jerkkan ;(

so we set the appointment on Thursday at 2pm...dah le appointment within off hour...so DH will take a leave utk go for inspection together with site officer...(coz me dah take hlf day leave today nak bwk lil elda for her checkup!) hopefully will recover the whole thing lah kan..

within 2 weeks time nih diorg akan fixed with the defect things...

so hopefully within this time all can sattle lah kan....by rite siap jerk sume + loan disburse bleh dah amek kunci & continue our planning ngn kerja² lain plak!

To pihak² berwajib esp.Lawyer nih pls lah pls buat keje korang okeh! jgn le mkn gaji butoO yooo!

huhh tetiba nak mengeluh panjang apa ntah lg nih sume ade...sib baik me in 'breakfast'..bleh le cool down sket!

baru ingat nak berhappy uollaaa laaa sket...skali call developer katanya "me x bleh amik kunci slagi another 90% payment x release!" terkejutt le kan..*wtf!

sbbnya my loan dr last yr dah approved..so apa kejadahnya yg lawyer SS nih lembabs sgt nak prepare the things utk company release payment...arghhhhhh mcm2 alasan dier bg! erkkk konon2 nak taici mcm bkn slh dier le kan...kata developer lmbats la apalaaa...pastu siap kaitkan slalu GOV loan mmg lambats..! ahah skali le darah naikkan...main suke sukey ko jerk ehh..kitorng bkn guna gov loan okeh!...tau ke x my comp ade body sndiri??? pastu i pun hangin and trus warn lawyer..sbb skang nih mmg xde any outstanding or interest charge to me! so after 14 days nih kalo ko x bleh bg 'presentation no' to my comp utk release payment..mamp*s le korang bayOoo interest sume tuh! pandai le ko nak adjust ke apa ngn developer kan...dah developer pun pkai ko jgk kan!..jgn harap le haku nak bayo kan...hah amek...--> nih pun advice dr my comp. le sbbnya dier kata mmg sgt my lawyer nih yg slow molowwww! damn! yg lain2 ok jerk!

korang-korang pernah ke hadapi situasi begini ehh??

so nak xnak and kalo bole nak kejar le time skang nih.. i terpaksa slow talk ngn person in charge kat developer tuh mintak jasa baik utk check any defect dulu..so that dlm 2 weeks time nih bleh le diorg sattlekan mana2 defect dulu....x buang masa...then after that sattle all the defect part tuh dev akan lock the house le kan...so dat nnti i just wait for the payment release and get the key and dah bleh strt reno trus!

again...nak kene tunggu lg...mmg le sgt menyeksakan!

but i believe sume yg terjadi nih ade hikmah kan....ke nak sedapkan hati je nih! huhuhu

i wish for the 'things' will sattle soon! ;)

Yang ditunggu-tunggu! Alhamdulillah..

Alhamdulillah, penantian suatu penyeksaan kan..hampir 6 month lewat dr tarikh jangkaan..mana x nya CF baru dpt on 22nd Jun ari tuh....

Memula terkezutt jgk bila my moms call kata ade reg letter smpai kat umah...so yesterday trus gi amek...bila tgk kepala surat nampak dah nama developer trus melonjakkk le..happy x tau le nak ckp kan...excited sume ada sbb ari tuh mcm x nmpak bayang pun kan...*wink* so isi kandungannya adalah within 14 days nih le kene amek kunci..nahhhh tetiba plak jd cuak bagai..alamakkkk mcm2 plak yg terpk skang...
cukup ke budget yg kitorang dah ready?? so dlm pala harus le "duit...duit...duit" hehehe...

of coz le nak amek kunci nak pkai RM? , renovate umah pun RM jgk kan? , pastu untuk wat kitchen cabinet, lampu, table top, furniture.. sume pun pkai RM nih....hish mcm2 lagila.... huhuuu

So skang nih dah strt le our tiring days utk keje2 me-nyervey + seangkatan dgnnya...hopefully will find the best within our budget...;)

(budget ciput je...so kene le carikk yg murah kan..but then at the same time Q pun agak12 le kan..)

Mudah mudahan ALLAH permudahkan lah semua nih and murahkan rezeki kitorang..Aminnnn;)

poor my lil baby..auchhhhhh!

Things do happen right? dot no what to say...salah sapa ke apa kan..but then benda nak jd kan...
Nak dijadikan cerita...nih le slalukan my kiddos tido awal..tp since i dah strt my class so they will wait until i coming bck..so kiranya mlm nih tertido lambat le...so kerana dik keseronokan main2...ntah apa ntah mama pun bleh lps pandang..then tetiba jerk..''tanggggggggggrrrrrr" then dgr my lil elda jerit...masa nih kepala dah tersembam... terus dgr suara nangis tak bangun2. Me angkat jer terus nampak ade kesan pecah tepi mata....siap menyembur darah kuar..Pastu lagi kuat dia nangis lagi banyak darah kuar. me trus capai towel tekap tekap luka tu untuk stop kan bleeding...

Masa nih dah terdegar sis lyssa jerit 'sorry adekkk...sorry adek...kakak x sengaja!..jgn tinggalkan kakak..' me pun trus le syahdu kan...tetiba feeling sedihhh bahhhhh air mata pun sama laju turun..But it's not her fault...Benda mmg dah nak jadi...

Apa lagi? me trus capai sweater sbb mana smpat nak tuko baju bagaikan..while DH pun capai kunci kete then ingat nak trus ke PUSRAWI KD...but then situ mana ade emrgency utk kes2 nih..yg adooo bersalin sajorrr! damn...tetiba tringat specialist yg paling dekat jerk...sbb xmoh pi klinik yg biasa nih...then trus gi KJMC.

Bila smpai KJMC (emergency ye puan-puan) sbb masa nih dah 00;30...huhu Dr plak cam dah tunggu2 jerk..trus tgk & cuci luka yg berlubang tuh...i was tot bleh stick ngn glue & plaster ke what so eva..tp Dr said x bleh sbb nih isi dah terkeluar so dah berlubang and kene jahit!..OMG!! lg le syahdu kan.arghhh i can feel the pain!...tetiba terpk abislah my anak dara ade scars kat tepi pipi nnti...huhuhu

masa Dr cuci luka nih lil elda dah x nangis...agaknya mybe dier rasa kebas kut..+ dah abis sora nak nangis..

but then bila Dr bg bius injection..then amekk satu hospital bleh dgr! huwaaaaa me too cant thn anymore...aiyakkkkk

nih Dr teruskan procedure menjahit luka...mmg i sanggup buka mata tgk Dr. tuh jahit...to make sure dier jahit proper! terukkk kan..;) Alhamdulillah...ok..so total is 3 jahitan...sbb luka lubang tuh dah berbelah 3...;(

muke & tgn berbekas darah cause dia sibuk pegang2 muke masa bleeding tu...luckly x kene tang mata kan..legaaaa

so nih le rupa my lil baby selepas sattle dah balut sume....sian kan! smpai nmpak muke dier bengkak...and she keep say..'atit ama...atitt!" huhuhu...hopefully she will recover soon..;p kalo x kene postpone le sesi ber-PS ye..;(

p/s: Nekwan & Tokba and auntie2uncle sume jgn riso sangat yer...insyaallah baik le nnti! ke ade sapa2 nak sponsor bio oil ? untuk recover scars nnti...hehehe
