erkkkk! damn!

huhh tetiba nak mengeluh panjang apa ntah lg nih sume ade...sib baik me in 'breakfast'..bleh le cool down sket!
baru ingat nak berhappy uollaaa laaa sket...skali call developer katanya "me x bleh amik kunci slagi another 90% payment x release!" terkejutt le kan..*wtf!
sbbnya my loan dr last yr dah approved..so apa kejadahnya yg lawyer SS nih lembabs sgt nak prepare the things utk company release payment...arghhhhhh mcm2 alasan dier bg! erkkk konon2 nak taici mcm bkn slh dier le kan...kata developer lmbats la apalaaa...pastu siap kaitkan slalu GOV loan mmg lambats..! ahah skali le darah naikkan...main suke sukey ko jerk ehh..kitorng bkn guna gov loan okeh!...tau ke x my comp ade body sndiri??? pastu i pun hangin and trus warn lawyer..sbb skang nih mmg xde any outstanding or interest charge to me! so after 14 days nih kalo ko x bleh bg 'presentation no' to my comp utk release payment..mamp*s le korang bayOoo interest sume tuh! pandai le ko nak adjust ke apa ngn developer kan...dah developer pun pkai ko jgk kan!..jgn harap le haku nak bayo kan...hah amek...--> nih pun advice dr my comp. le sbbnya dier kata mmg sgt my lawyer nih yg slow molowwww! damn! yg lain2 ok jerk!
korang-korang pernah ke hadapi situasi begini ehh??
so nak xnak and kalo bole nak kejar le time skang nih.. i terpaksa slow talk ngn person in charge kat developer tuh mintak jasa baik utk check any defect dulu..so that dlm 2 weeks time nih bleh le diorg sattlekan mana2 defect dulu....x buang masa...then after that sattle all the defect part tuh dev akan lock the house le kan...so dat nnti i just wait for the payment release and get the key and dah bleh strt reno trus!

again...nak kene tunggu lg...mmg le sgt menyeksakan!
but i believe sume yg terjadi nih ade hikmah kan....ke nak sedapkan hati je nih! huhuhu
i wish for the 'things' will sattle soon! ;)

  2. uih..seram gak... aku ni katanyer bulan 11 ni siap..tp nyer tah ler.. aku tau aku takmoh kuar duit lagi satu sen pon..sbb janji gitu kan.. hopefully ko nyer prob sumer settle yer akma... sabarrr..
    *eh elda cemana? sian dier..aku plak bederau2 darah ni hah tgk kene jait luka..uwaaa...

  5. Memang penantian satu penyeksaaan..
    Lynn beli rumah 2nd hand pun macam2 hal.. sampai sekarang tak settle-settle lagi.. bila call lawyer..lawyer kata tunggu developer concern apa benda tu ntah.. Coz owner yg lepas blom transfer house tu atas nama dia..esshh.. nie dah 4 bulan lebih..dulu broker kata within 2 to 3 months.. Kalo Lynn tak bayar balance dulu..memang Lynn dah cancel.

    Apa2 pun happy survey menyervey.. hehehe..

    why dont u try to divert the problem by surveying on stuff for the hse :D
    that mmight help to forget about it...n in no time pejam celik dah dapat release dah ;D hehehe
